Mostly seller who sale the drinking water in train are low quality,do't buy it,if you are thirsty you should check the brand and seal,you can see in this photo how they prepare the low quality water. they fill the bottles from simple null, and tape them and ready for sale.
They also did not clean bottles,and collect the dirt bottles.
